[he may still be a bit under the weather, so to speak, but that's never really stopped Callaghan from getting things done in the past. though his schedule was a bit...different, back then. he wasn't switching to a nocturnal routine, for instance, but here he is just past midnight crouched on the edge of the roof like some sort of movie action hero.
but he's no hero, is he? heroes don't wait for trucks en route to deliveries, and they probably don't make a leap on to said truck's roof when it passes. the ever-helpful microbots kill whatever momentum might have caused injury, and secure him in position before he starts moving forwards, making a vague hand gesture once the vehicle slows to a stop-

Callaghan isn't necessarily planning on hurting him, but he /does/ need him out of the picture for a few minutes while he has another set of microbots open up the truck's door. he doesn't say a single word, doesn't give a single glance to the hapless man currently pinned to one of the truck's tires by black metal 'ropes', he's only concerned with getting what he needs and getting out of here quickly.
