He bites his lip and looks away, busying himself shuffling Baymax over and trying to see if the nurse bot can negotiate the ladder on his own.
He opens his mouth and almost apologizes, but then clamps it shut again. He feels bad that Tadashi's hurt, but he's not sorry and he'd do all of this again in a second. Because if he has to choose, he'll take emotionally wounded Tadashi over dead Tadashi.
