Not emotionally, not medically, and I don't have any science to explain this to you except that he gets see-through like he's on the edge of not existing anymore, and it makes him sick and weak and it's not good. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out it's gonna kill him, eventually.
And Krei Tech has something to do with it. I know they do, because I pulled the security footage from the hospital the day they called about Tadashi.
